We love to show small groups (5-15 people) around our brewery and explain in a guided tour of the microbrewery, how beer is made.

You will explore the depths where the NOXX monsters lurk. The whole brewing process is explained and you get to know the different ingredients.
Of course, you also get the chance to taste various beers.

By popular request, we are organising further sensory journeys through the variety of beer in the brewery. As part of a detailed tasting, you will learn from the beer taster that craft beer is now held in the same regard as high quality wine.
You’ll find out what is the difference between a lager and an ale, and what the terms Belgian saison, IPA and witt mean.
You get to know new beer styles!
You know how they taste and how to distinguish one from the other.
Cost per person incl. aperitif CHF 65.– (this experience lasts about 2.5 hrs)
Tastings are offered for groups of 5-20 persons.
A maximum of 3-6 guests brew a beer from A to Z together. Every question is answered.
A relaxed dialogue throughout the day communicates so much knowledge that you will then be able to brew your own beer.
Upon request, at the end of the day an individual list of all required materials is created, and if you want, also ordered immediately.
The costs for an all-day seminar (8.00 hrs – around 17.00 hrs) CHF 250.– per person, which is certainly good value.

You also get something to eat and, of course, home-brewed beer to drink.
