When the websites of Eisbock Brewery are accessed, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information about the operating system or browser. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). This use is based on the “Universal Analytics” operating mode. This service makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus to analyse the activities of a user independently of the terminal device.

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files that are saved on your computer and that makes it possible to analyse your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and saved there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. The IP address transmitted by your browser in connection with Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google information. On behalf of Eisbock Brewery, the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities and provide other services related to the use of the website and the internet services to the website operator. Eisbock Brewery also has a legitimate interest in the processing of data for these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is § 15 (3) TMG (Telemedia Act) or Art. 6 (1f) GDPR. The data sent by Eisbock Brewery and linked with cookies, user IDs or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has expired is automatically deleted once a month. For more information on the conditions of use and data protection, please go to https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, Eisbock Brewery points out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website in full. In addition, you may prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on. Opt-out cookies prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website. To prevent Universal Analytics from collecting data from different terminal devices, you must opt-out on all the systems that you use. If you click here, the opt-out cookie will be activated: Deactivate Google Analytics
